Substance Misuse |

Poole treatment services for substance
misuse are aimed at supporting people towards recovery and providing all the
help and support needed on an individuals treatment journey.
Entry into treatment is through the
Substance Misuse Assessment and Referral Team (SMART) who will refer to the
most appropriate services. SMART staff will act as Care Co-ordinator to support
clients through their treatment.
